SignUpGenius is an event planning tool that empowers people by making it simple to organize groups. Historically, the team ran programmatic banner placements on their sign-up confirmation page to drive incremental revenue to the business. While this enabled small groups to use the tool free of charge, the SignUpGenius team was looking for a solution that could not only natively integrate into their site, but also drive additional revenue and help further innovation.
SignUpGenius partnered with Rokt to generate a significant uplift to the revenue being delivered from their confirmation page, while also providing an effortless, integrated experience for their customers. Through a simple integration with Rokt via our Web Software Developer Kit (wSDK), SignUpGenius was able to gradually roll out native experiences on their signup confirmation page and test two different experiences (Overlay vs. Embedded) to find the optimal placements that would help meet their objectives. With rapid testing and continued experimentation powered by Rokt’s award-winning machine learning tech, the team was able to quickly gain insights, optimize and see proven results in just over 6 weeks.
With Rokt Ecommerce SignUpGenius was able to increase revenue by 38% and referrals by 35% during the initial test period.
